Tatterd girls cape randomly poped up - Guild Wars Forums

I was runing by my self in the Stingray Srand on my way to Fishermans Haven(being chased by 20 monsters) and randomly the tatterd girls cape drops in front of me. WTF is going on?

I have found the same thing, also a Broken Flute by Ascalon, anyone know what the point is to these things?

Those items are part of the broken gwen quest. They do nothing currently, but Anet is working on fixing the quest.

Yep, remember that annoying little girl in pre-searing Ascalon? Those things belong to her.

Yeah, but the OP is talking about the Tattered Cape apppearing in Stingray Strand, which does seem unusual to me, as I have only ever encountered it in Post-Searing not far from Ascalon..
